What Hashgacha do you have?
We are under the strict supervision of the CRC Hisachdus.
Which meat do you use?
We use either Alle or Solomon's Shechita.
Is your jerky gluten free?
Our regular jerky is NOT gluten free, only our kosher for Passover jerky is gluten free.
Does the jerky need to be refrigerated?
It can be out of the fridge at room temperature in a cool room for 3-5 days. If storing it for longer, you an put it in the fridge and take it out 3-4 hours before serving.
When will my order ship out?
Orders placed before 2pm EST will usually ship out the same day.

What is your return policy?
Due to Kosher and Health Department regulations, returns are not allowed. However, if you have any issues with your product please contact us at 732-784-7554.
