Will a shipped order arrive before Shabbos?
Carriers do not guarantee a time of day, especially in the winter. An order due on a Friday may not arrive before Shabbos begins, so choose an earlier delivery date when the timing matters.
How long does the jerky keep once it arrives?
It can stay out of the fridge in a cool room for 3 to 5 days. To keep it longer, refrigerate it and take it out 3 to 4 hours before serving, which makes it easy to order a board ahead of a simcha.
Is everything kosher?
Yes. Everything is under the hashgacha of the CRC Hisachdus, and the beef is Alle or Solomon's shechita. More on the kashrus page.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Check the order when it arrives and call 732-784-7554 right away if anything is damaged or wrong, so it can be made right. Food cannot be returned, because of kosher and health department rules.
