Ordering for a Lakewood simcha

Boards are what people order for a date. A bris, a kiddush, a sheva brachos, an office party. The size question is the only real one, and it comes down to headcount.

• Personal, 4 oz, 5" x 8", pick 2 flavors, feeds 1 to 2, $45
• Heart, 4 oz, 6" x 6", pick 2 flavors, feeds 1 to 2, $45
• Small, 1/2 lb, 11" x 8", pick 4 flavors, feeds 3 to 5, $85
• Medium, 1 lb, 10" x 14", pick 4 flavors, feeds 6 to 10, $135
• Large, 1.5 lb, 12" x 16", pick 6 flavors, feeds 12 to 15, $190

• Jumbo Party, 3 lb, 15" x 21", pick 8 flavors, feeds 25 to 30, $355

Every board lets you pick the flavors, from 2 on the smallest up to 8 on the largest. The full range is on the boards page.

For a date-specific order, call 732-784-7554 rather than working it out through the cart. That is how the larger Lakewood orders actually get handled, and it is faster.

Buying jerky by the bag locally

If it is not for an occasion, the bags are the everyday option. Every flavor is 2 oz per bag, sold as 1, 3, 5 or 8 packs at $13, $39, $65 and $104. The 8 pack is a full pound, which is what most repeat customers around Lakewood end up buying.

Fatty Ends is a full pound for $15. It is the fatty end cuts, richer than the bagged flavors, and it is the one to try if you already know you like this.

If this is your first order, where to buy soft kosher jerky in Lakewood covers which bag to start with and how local delivery works.

Kashrus, supervision and certification

The hashgacha is the CRC Hisachdus, and the details of the supervision are on the kashrus page. For a Lakewood table that is usually the first question and the last one, so it is worth reading before you order for a crowd.

Because it is certified kosher meat and keeps without refrigeration, a board can be ordered ahead of a shabbos or an event rather than the morning of.
